      A nice company, with a familiar working environment

      Pros

      A company with time flexibility and midrange payment. A good company to learn and stay a lot of time. It has a low staff turnover.

      Cons

      The processes aren't defined. Sometimes, the professional development can be stopped as there ir low staff turnover. The sales commission for the sales service executives works like a bonus and no like a sales percentage.
