      Possibilities to work home-office, higher management is always responsive & ready to support, ability to self-direct priorities & workload.

      Cons

      Heavy workload, inability to hire new staff due to job freeze, lots of job-cuts in past months & heavy administrative procedures that do not allow to focus on real job.

      professional environment good atmosphere colleagues good and early once outing flexibility working from home time fleixibility for office hours

      senior management not good that much little politics most of the senior management long peroid working so you ave to listen what they say if anything goes wrong they will supress
