      Pros

      Good people good technology has very good work life balance nice facilities and almost no traffic. Good plae to gain experience

      Cons

      The future is not clear since micro focus acquired the sw devision. The IL site osition might not remain the same

      - Inefficiencies because the of the acquisition / merge of several companies like Serena, HPE Software or NetIQ - Internal bureaucracy and processes - Employees are important, but No. 1 priority is shareholder value with all it's consequences
