      Pros

      Typing something here so that the system will accept my review. There are absolutely no pros to working here, as of 2015.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics. Managers from Indian services companies spoilt the culture. Poor salaries unless you are in good terms with your managers. No recognition for talent. Obsolete technology and end of life products with no interest for new development.

      It was good working for NetIQ. We had a good team of professionals. We took ownership of our work,

      Cons

      NetIQ no longer exists. It is Microfocus. We have been torn apparent. Decisions being made by the new team regardless of their little knowledge of the applications, work ethics and environment we have. It is a confused mess.

      The most relaxed environment in the world probably Nice and smart people around decent pay Best of the best (unlimited sick) drop a mail , that should be enough.

      Less technology exposure as they work with legacy product.
