      Pros

      Dynamic team, if lucky good coaching manager, interesting product range, a lot of liberty to interact with customers and prospects.

      Cons

      Share price and giving too much value for investors not so much for the employees, which are treated just as an "asset" - no employment stability. Too much short term priorities on quarter results, motivating reps to "cash out customers" and then shift job.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. LOTS of paid vacation time. Company is transitioning to a healthier direction. The leadership seems to have a clear view of what the company needs to do to move forward and is committed to getting there.

      Cons

      While they know where they are going as a company, they don't necessarily know all of the steps in between. It's a bumpy ride at the moment, as legacy companies are being merged in.
