      Flexibilty is very much Work life balance is great Friendly Environment enables one to interact and learn Good Management

      Cons

      Salary is not enough. Increments are not provided on a regular basis. Very less scope of working on site

      Pros

      Wonderful team, with a lot of experience and camaraderie. Great direct management and flexibility. Nice, respectful environment. Ability to work at home at times. Good location with proximity to both I-90 and I-5.

      Cons

      Mostly the unknown. I previously worked for Attachmate, which was just purchased by Micro focus recently. There has been a huge reorganization where many long time, talented and knowledgeable staff were released.

      Attachmate lost its heart to the exit for Frank Pritt. It lost its soul to the acquisition by Micro Focus.
