      Pros

      Steady job - there has not been too much turmoil - other than the regular acquisition layoffs. Decent management - will try to work within the limitations of the organization.

      Cons

      No salary increases for over 5 years. Old technology.Very conservative budget for team building activities. Budget for xmas party is laughable. After all the acquisitions - the whole organization is too big and too many things can slip through the cracks.
