We were sold to this crappy company and of course the very first thing they did was clean house. So 18 years of hard service and expertise went down the tubes. They literally yanked all the talent out of the company in favor of subcontractors.

This company invests very little in you. Don't expect Micro Focus to be a place that gets your salesmanship to the next level. The company depends on suing their customers, and expanding their existing install base for revenue. The company doesn't know how to win Net New enterprise customers. Also keep in mind they have a strict HR rule that limits pay raises during promotions to 10%. They will happily pay an outside hire the going rate.
