      Free to choose where to work from and nice communication with manager. Nice team integration. No boundaries to speak with country manager.

      Dependant on comercial team for quota.. no mobility paid. you have to pay for your moving needs. Services think that we lie on every poc

      Pros

      Variety. Interesting industry and progressive company. Moving forward and growing in a considered way, without being bleeding edge and burning out. Met and worked with many great people and gained masses of experience which will help me in whatever I do in the future.

      Cons

      Nothing bad I can think of. Sometimes the travelling can be a bit heavy, but that's expected in a global software company.
