      Pros

      Good work life balance. Slowly they are adopting new technologies like node.js and angularjs. Good and stable environment to work. People are very nice and helpful. You will be given sufficient time to learn and do the work.

      Cons

      Work will be mostly on their legacy software and sometime working with them can be frustrating as the internal frameworks are written in 10-15 years back not easy to work with. Very slow growth and average compensation with negligible benefits.
