      Pros

      Company has some fantastic products that can help almost every company. Very dedicated group of professionals that enjoy working in the team environment.

      Cons

      New Microfocus management seems to want to manage by fear and intimidation. Actually released one of the highest performers in the company without any concern. Investment in products is lacking. No direction in product management mostly because of lack of investment.

      There is some good talent there on the Development side. There hasn't been much turnover. The people there are passionate about their work

      They do not backfill vacancies.

      Flexible on working from home vs. work, great people to work with.

      Cons

      Attachmate is now MicroFocus due to a recent merger/acquisition. They recently had a lay off as they restructure and move forward. While I remain optimistic, time will tell how they do.
