      It's almost as if Micro Focus has given up on itself

      Pros

      With a lot of people leaving it is a good place for advancement. There are still some very talented people that have a lot to offer the industry.

      Cons

      Way too many broken processes. Management is exhaustingly slow to make necessary changes. There is absolutely nothing inovative going on here.

      Pros

      If you can get in, it's a good place to start up. Mostly growing due to acqusitions and there are opportunities to make a difference.

      Cons

      The company is probably overstaffed right now in certain areas of sales. Good products but competition is heavy and the big boys are getting most of the market share. North America HR leadership is weak.
