Interesting area of crowdfunding Stocked kitchen

Working at MicroVentures is like an abusive relationships with a lot of highs and lows. It's really great or really awful and the highs occur just enough times to make you think the lows won't occur again. But, then they do. CEO and COO lack management experience. Worse, they lack the desire and importance of great management and getting better. Management lacks self awareness, has inflated egos, and are poor communicators. They genuinely are self serving and do not care for the wellness, development and growth of their employees.

None. Truly none. It is a sham and should be banned from business. If I could think of a pro I would put it in here. But there aren't any.

Cons

Founder is inexperienced and fallacious. No sense of team. Awful place to work. Steer clear on every level. Nothing good happens here.
