      Coworkers are smart, fun people with interesting business backgrounds Part of a team that wants to help other companies You'll always be learning at your job Part of an evolving industry and on the front line

      Can still be very 'startup-y' in terms of the organizational structure Sometimes unclear roles/hierarchies/career paths More can be done around culture

      Pros

      The company is growing and the group I worked with seemed to like their jobs. I liked the people that I worked with. The projects that I was given were challenging and I learned new skills. My work impacted the business and helped it grow.

      Cons

      benefits are not as good as a larger company. growing pains around adding more people to the team. initial training was not defined.

      Good resume filler Good coworkers (until they quit or get fired)

      Cons

      Surveillance cameras supposedly for security but are mostly used for management to get their kicks. Bad communication and management in general. Terrible morale problems and high turnover. No trust. Management always assumes the worst from you. and assumes you are incompetent and will tell you so.
