Pros
The company is growing and the group I worked with seemed to like their jobs. I liked the people that I worked with. The projects that I was given were challenging and I learned new skills. My work impacted the business and helped it grow.
Cons
benefits are not as good as a larger company. growing pains around adding more people to the team. initial training was not defined.
