      Dead end job with abusive management

      Pros

      Free food in the kitchen. Being fairly close to campus, the location was very desirable. Misery loves company, so good relationships are established at the lower positions.

      Cons

      Verbally abusive culture coming from top and mid-level management. This is not the trendy Austin start-up culture you are looking for! Management is greedy, pompous, petty and untrustworthy. It's a business space running on ego, tempers and self-consciousness.

      Pros

      None. Truly none. It is a sham and should be banned from business. If I could think of a pro I would put it in here. But there aren't any.

      Cons

      Founder is inexperienced and fallacious. No sense of team. Awful place to work. Steer clear on every level. Nothing good happens here.

      Fun new office

      - Moved into a new office in the Domain and the location is great - Open space - Nice commute - Growth is steady and hiring is picking up - Co-workers are fun - Stocked kitchen, lunch on wed.

      Cons

      - some growing pains in the new office - onboarding process could be more structured - communication could be more frequent
