      Company Values are good. Work life balance is good

      Cons

      Not rewarded for going the extra mile Shared bonuses means that after a long time, most of the workforce gets ''lazy'' betting on others to pick up the slack because there is no incentive to go above and beyond the average

      Good people, good benefits. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Very strict hybrid schedule where they monitor when you are in the office. Very slow moving company. You can grow with the company but takes a very long time.
