      Probably above-average stability for being a US-based semiconductor company in 2015 Good work-life balance

      Cons

      No creativity in this company's DNA, same emphasis on revolutionary products as you'd find in the gardening tools and dress sock industries Headquarters are far away in a low-cost-of-living state, severely limits career paths as well as hopes for competitive salaries

      Decent company for experience, lots of overtime available due to ramping based on China's expected economy growth of 7% for this year 2015.

      Cons

      Very high turnover rate, not much room for advancement. Most tools are far outdated, starting pay is quite low.
