      Pros

      Compressed work shift so you get 3-4 days off in a row.

      Cons

      Pay below market range for other companies in this industry. Direct supervision is atrocious unless your part of thier click. No cross training available so your stuck doing one job. No opportunity to move up regardless of what they say, they will list an opening but have already given to someone else. You waste your time applying and interviewing. No pay increases... ever.

      - Very helpful employees - Stability - Cash Bonuses

      Cons

      - Communication meetings where the CEO tells the younger generation " They're Entitled" - Little to no advancement opportunities due to the older generation never leaving - Absolutely no recognition for doing good work. No thank yous, no promotion announcements, etc. - A LOT of overtime work. Meetings day in and day out, but people somehow wonder why no work gets done?
