      Job Security and good people to work with.

      Cons

      Salary never goes up, now they are lowering people's wages. When I reached 63, they started asking me when I was going to retire. Then I was written up four times for silly reasons. I left due to the harassment. Never written up in the previous 34 years of work.

      Pros

      Overall great experience. Really nice environment. Everyone is focused on their job. People have plenty of experience in the office so there's opportunity to learn from them. Everyone seems helpful. There are many long term employees which highlights a good company culture.

      Cons

      The benefits are minimal. Salary isn't as competitive as other companies. Very limited extra curricular activities.
