Pros
Company work culture is great, work/life balance, CEO and executive team who cares. I was very impressed with how the company has handled itself during the down cycle dynamics of the semiconductor industry. They always try to avoid layoffs and ensure job security for all of their employees. I joined as an NCG (new college graduate) and their NCG program was very welcoming, inclusive, and diverse. You get to explore all facets of the business and enjoy work that is interesting and challenging.
They constantly reward employees with bonuses and offer raises. RSU and ESPP programs were generous. I felt there was good upward mobility opportunities during my time.
Cons
Pay was below industry average. Office is a little dated/stuffy (unless you're in the newly constructed building). Company does not seem very open/welcoming to a hybrid work office environment post-COVID.
