      Company will avoid layoffs as much as possible, from what i have heard this is a great place to be if you are an engineer. not business ops

      Job i applied for was not job I ended up doing, told me I could work hybrid then went back on word, hired a family member to directly work with another family member (mother and son), without telling me (found out 2 months after son started), and they gave the son the entire job description I came in to fill.
