      Pros

      Overall good culture, many recent upgrades to facilities. Friendly atmosphere, lots of diversity. Some supervisors are really awesome and involved in the work!

      Cons

      A lot of inter-shift rivalry, Guiding Values are touted strongly but not really followed daily. Some superiors treat Production like we're stupid. Supervisors don't always know how tools in their area run and have skewed expectations in these cases.
