      Planners and Quality Team are being too dominant in a general aspect. Too pushy and uncollaborative people are observed from these groups. All they know is to follow up without helping and considering the pre-assessed timlines provided. HR Team is bias on making moves when it comes to different actions and rants from production operators/supervisors without considering what the person does and sacrificed for the role they are performing for the group. No work-life balance since Engineers are being required to answer all inquiries especially on their rest days, while other groups are enjoyinh their time off and rest days.
