Pros

Cutting edge technology with talented and good people. Great place to work as far as flexibility goes. Management willing to work with employees when it comes to personal life and work schedule.

Cons

Unstable and constant downsizing in New York. Employee's extremely insecure due to outsourcing and downsizing. Tough for employees to stay focused and engaged when they don't know if they will have a job quarter to quarter.

Pros

There are a handful of people here who are fantastic to work with, are very knowledgeable, and care about the product that's going out the door.

Cons

Leadership is fundamentally out of touch and appears indifferent to employee well-being. The culture is marred by nepotism and a lack of accountability, where 'guiding values' are preached but never practiced. Feedback is discouraged, and those who speak up are often targeted. Expect a 'reward' of more work for the same pay, as promotions are rare and promised bonuses are frequently withheld despite strong site performance. A very frustrating and toxic environment for those who value merit and transparency.
