      - decent work/life balance, can get very busy seasonally - lots of hands on work/experience depending on Business Unit/Product - My team was very cool and flexible

      Cons

      - pay is not competitive at all relative to industry and responsibilities of this type of role, Electrical Engineers should be paid significantly more than most roles as most people cannot do those roles - teams are often stretched thin and overburdened - not many opportunities for growth
