      -Good mix of young/old engineers -Tends to be more of a relaxed environment -Lots of training opportunities -Learned experience translates very well to other companies in the industry -Mostly good, high quality people working here -Proven business model, always profitable -Solid market strategy -Profit sharing -Always growing and gaining market share -Frequent communication meetings/operational reviews where you can learn more about what each division is doing -Get to partake in more than just one part of the manufacturing process -Company very much sticks to its culture -Continuous improvement is truly valued

      -Maybe a bit too conservative -Work can be mundane -Continuous improvement is so valued that it is somewhat out of control, everybody does everything their own way, this burns up engineering time -Communication between teams could be improved

We recommend that employees review our internal job postings if they are interested in doing different type of work and follow our internal application process. Employees are given first consideration, however they must meet the qualifications for the role. If an employee is interested in learning a new skill in addition to performing their regular job responsibilities, they should speak to their management and/or HR to explore their options. We are committed to the development of our people and do not want to see someone quit and look to be rehired just to advance their skill set.
