      it all depends on the manager you get ...but the company does provide you support and freedom in performing

      Cons

      no onsite .. Most of the work will be done here

      Good place to work, compensation is lacking.

      Pros

      15 days of vacation for experienced new hires. RSU's are a decent benefit. Work/life balance is pretty good. No layoffs during the 2008-2009 downturn but there were 10% paycuts across the board and a 1 week furlough. It's a good place to land if you are looking to ride out your career.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for advancement and compensation is typically lower than competing companies.
