You can work from home which is nice

Cons

There is no growth really. Raises are super hard to come by and it’s every couple of years. They state that it’s once a year, but even if the company is doing well there’s always a reason to not give one. It’s not performance based either. Everyone gets the same raise across the board, so there is no incentive to be great.
