Pros

Provides most of the resources needed to do your job, great place for research and development. Also, very good benefits and occasional bonuses.

Cons

This is the only place to work in Boise for hardware related IC research and development. Smaller town and the office is a few miles away from downtown.

Good colleagues who will teach and guide new hires. Forgiving environment that will forgive your mistakes and allow you to grow and learn.

Cons

The work pace can become very fast suddenly, especially if there is a machine breakdown and batch tracing has to be performed to recall all the faulty chips.
