Upper Management treats employees like they arent intelligent. They reinstated the mask mandate in late SUMMER of 2022. They postponed all pay raises for the first 2 quarters of FY22 including PROMOTIONS. So employees are expected to take a promotion with more work and will not be compensated. Terribly disgusted with this company that knows they have a monopoly on the market in Idaho so employees won't quit without moving to a new state.

Poor compensation (especially for the area) Mediocrity is rewarded almost identically to excellence In manufacturing, they treat failures and mess ups very oddly. Smoke and mirrors with anything related to promotion, levels, pay, or comparing one person to another. It's terrible for that, nothing is transparent.
