So far 6 months in and the work pace is alright. Can be hectic when datelines for projects are nearing but still manageable with the support of team members. There is a pathway for job advancement and can always check with your supervisor if unsure. Great support. There is aws and performance bonus as well. Wfh on fridays is awesome
