The current work force is knowledgeable. The workforce works above the standard.

Cons

The workforce is underpaid and overworked. The payscale and benefits are currently in the lower tier. Losing valuable, knowledgeable employees to competitors. Employees are being beaten down by management. Been with company for 25+ years and have never seen lower morale. When management was asked about morale the response was morale is unimportant. The workers get paid a wage they need to do their job. It is their way or highway. The company is your life. Talks of safety all the time, unless it costs money. Then, just dont get hurt after all, there is no excuse for an accident.
