Your experience will depend on the department you are working in. The company strives for excellent customer service and achieves it.

Cons

Poor healthcare benefits; inconsistency across departments especially with work from home and PTO; HR is inconsistent with policies and procedures - one Sr VP has destroyed many careers to protect herself. Lower and management is over worked and lacks time and opportunities for training.
