I work in my home town. Ther is not much more good to say about Mec. I do have a good vacation package and sick pay.

Cons

Poor pay,poor benefits compared to other utilities.poor management.Warren Buffet is sucking the life out of this company!!! Our trucks are falling apart and becoming unsafe. They want employees to be on call and answer their phone for no pay.Their ceo Sokal! Has been linked to insider trading,Which Buffet has denied.Managment lies on a daily basis.Poor place to try to start a carrer.

Teleworking is very limited due to operation requirements. High pression environment. There is not a lot of room for growing
