Pros

MidFirst offers great training and career experience. Salary is low to average leading to people moving employers.

Cons

Low to average salary. Burnout of good employees.

Pros

Holidays, room for growth, sign on bonus, incentive pay when you get good scores, long training, causal “dress for your day” dress code, supervisors are all somewhat nice. Good benefits and time off.

Cons

The corporate location is not banking hours. You usually have start on the 12-9pm shift. They are open on the weekends, so you have to alternate weekends. Even Sunday. What kinda sucks is Saturdays and Sundays are on different cycle. Example: you can be scheduled for a Saturday every 3rd week and Sunday every 4th week (something like that). Not fun. It would be better to just work it all on one cycle.

Pros

Great hours and leave. Great employee activities such as themed lunches and holiday activities. Stable company that doesn't layoff employees.

Cons

Alot of good managers and some that had been there a long time that did't have good communication and organizational skills. We lost alot of employees on my team because of management issues. Became hard to advance in company past level III and they seemed to be filling jobs outside of company instead of giving internal employees chances. Has Aetna health insurance. St Anthony's will no longer accept them and Integris is considering dropping them.
