Pros

Great enviroment, good incentives and benefits, encouraging supervisors. The monthly meetings are fun and they have small events in the workplace to keep you motivated.

Cons

A lot of overturn, strict deadlines with pressure to finish in time. Management sometimes is unhelpful. Training is minimum and you are thrown out there before your ready then written up when you make a mistake due to lack of training

Pros

Privately held, long-term view of issues, not subject to the pressures of quarterly earnings releases. Significant loyalty to the employees. People who excel are given additional assignments. Good benefits.

Cons

Much of executive management is not in touch with the staff. While people who excel are given additional assignments, lower performers are allowed to remain. Lack of direction from the highest executives.
