Pros

Great atmosphere, benefits are better than most companies, 401k matching, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, discount on insurance for healthy lifestyle, discount tickets to various things (movies, Frontier City, White Water, etc) occasional Thunder tickets if you are an executive.

Cons

Very few opportunities unless you have a college degree, company doesn't acknowledge years of experience in lieu of degree. After you've been established, difficult to get raises other than the regular merit raise.

Pros

Family run, family friendly, meritocracy but also a bit of a good 'ol boy system that promotes women to ONLY appear balanced. Very few minority promotions.

Cons

Can be tough to manage through the clicky culture with management changing direction often and requesting endless reviews of created documents.
