Terrible!

Pros

Benefits, nice branches and decent pay.

Cons

Very inconsistent, lots of drama in all levels of management. The worse part is how they handle issues. Management uses the ivory tower approach and doesn't talk to the lower line of employees. They play favorites to certain employees. Rumors and gossip are assumed to be the truth with out finding out what really happened. What ever happened to, there are two sides to a story? The sales expectations were unfair and impossible to reach in my position. No help was given, just lip service. Most of their employees are looking for another job.

Pros

Great benefits and an employee centered company. Pay was competitive with others in the industry. A very stable company to work for.

Cons

Overall pretty strict with policies but I found the workplace to be unprofessional at times in the group I worked in.
