      Pros

      Solid company to work for overall. Worked in different departments/areas on and off now for 5 years. Lots of people are there long term (10 or 20+ years). They know their industry and have continued to grow year over year. I think theyre servicing 2 or 3 additional markets since I started 5 years ago.

      Cons

      Not big on change, old school culture, lots of process, old school top down management, VERY siloed. People show they want to change some of these things but it's in the company's blood at this point, like most companies why change things when you're making money.
