Pros

•Salary is manageable •There are employee benefits •They are covid conscious (although you are still spaced pretty close)

Cons

•Managers gossip from their cubicles about previous employees and current. You can hear them even though they whisper bc the close proximity. •The lower level employees are great, but there is rarely direct feedback. Policy changes and most discussions are all done via email. Even if you aren't attached you're somehow expected to know. •Managing is mostly done by the lower level trainers. While the managers meet with you once a month to go over your performance on your program that they probably have no clue about.

Pros

One Saturday a year. Business casual wear, but with jeans. You get your 40, one way or another.

Cons

Pay is very low compared to national range. Strict adherence to only 40 hours a week. Atmosphere can be laid back or highly toxic. No in-between.
