Terrible pay for the work done. Internally transferring is not easy, customers are insufferable.

Coworkers were absolutely amazing people. I learned a lot about bank ops in a short period of time.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. Slow promotions and low pay make this job hard. Getting internally transferred is really difficult due to upper management in that department. Upper management doesn’t even know how we do are job for the most part, they just critique us based on call center based metrics. Customers are quite rude. Even with a degree it won’t help you much in terms of pay or advancement
