Pros

Monthly bonus, 3 different shift schedule, nice ppl, collections is baby soft. The one Saturday you have to work a month is straight OT, no layoffs

Cons

They do not care about experience when you are hired, so you get paid whatever The state's average is. The pay is tricky, if you take the night shift you get paid "$y" an hour, but that's really( x + the amount to equal the "y" every 2 weeks.) So if you get ot you only get [(x) x 1.5].. You have sick days but if you use them it's a negative on your end of the year report. You have breaks, but if you don't use them your utilization is higher which means high scorecards. Its still a super conservative company even with the ability to just now wear jeans daily. The bonus structure is so confusing that some managers still don't understand it. it looks like a legal pyramid scheme. In order to get a better insurance rate you have to meet a certain amount of points in a year
