Pros

They offer a free insurance option for single employees. They won't require you to really work. Free paycheck basically. If you want to do nothing all day, this is the place for you

Cons

It's outsourced to India. The KC office is small and I would refer to them as lacklusters, It's a company wide thing. Everyone pushes the buck and hope someone else picks the ball up and run with it. This was the most unproductive job ever, you will never be able to articulate what you do here and the skills you have will not be used and it will not transition well onto another paralegal position

In rare instances we are not able to provide the growth opportunities desired, however, MCM offers a number of opportunities to gain the training required to grow within the organization. through initiatives like our expanded tuition reimbursement program, new manager training, and increased access to online courses.
