Pros

It was a job…nice to have a paycheck bi weekly.

Cons

They don’t work with people with disabilities. They don’t care about employees families. They don’t care if you have kids to care for. They expect you to drop everything for their company. They offer pizza parties as incentives while they are trying to distract us from the “bad things” Don’t make mistakes, they don’t allow people to be human. They threaten your bonuses if you aren’t perfect. They don’t have any compassion for people who are sick. They make people stay at work or come to work even while sick with the threat of being written up for missing work without having pto. They will constantly threaten your job if you have an emergency. It’s like being in high school all over again with the amount of gossip and “hookups” that happen between people. They have no respect for employees, even while they are in the hospital. My job was threatened for having a medical emergency, because I called in sick. (I had proof, they wouldn’t accept it). For the love of everything, just don’t work here unless you don’t have a family, a life, pets, kids, or even a stuffy nose. It’s not worth your sanity.

Pros

Currently work remote and have a flexible schedule

Cons

Pay is below average for the work. Expectations are stupidly high and micromanagement is rampant is 90% of the departments. They are currently trying to automate processes to replace employees and refuse to acknowledge that many departments are now doing twice as much work with half as many people. 99% of the employees have a negative attitude towards the company. The meetings, conversations with managers etc are all extremely demoralizing.

Pros

no pros that out weigh the cons. nothing is worth how terribly this company treats you.

Cons

This is the biggest joke of a company I have ever worked for. They like to say they care about their employees but they absolutely do not. You are 100% replaceable in their eyes so they do not care about you. there is a huge disconnect of communcation at every single level in this company. they never make you feel appreciated and expect you to come into work if you're on your death bed
