There are some really good people here and there is job security. Bonus structure is good.

Cons

-Have seen many good people leave because of a failure to get promoted/move up. -HR department is TERRIBLE and they only care about protecting the company, not employees. Very clique-ish and millenial-mentality. Lots of finger-pointing and blame-placing. -Some people who have moved up quickly in the company have terrible people-skills - Facilities have bad attitudes, seem unhappy and complain when they are asked to do their job.

Micro Managed, Low Pay, You must record everything you do from who you talk to and what you talk about for how long to getting asked why you went to the bathroom for too long. Managers play favorites, and an extremely toxic work environment because management has structured the bonus system to be based on how many accounts you work instead of how correctly you are working accounts. I am a very diligent working employee, I only was able to work there for a couple months before I couldn’t take it anymore. I had not met one employee that was happy in the pre judgement department.
