Thank you for your feedback. Our leadership team is fully committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace in 2021. We have been measuring Diversity and Inclusion as part of our Employee Engagement Survey for a few years now. In 2020, we introduced our new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and in January of 2021, the committee kicked off manager training courses, speaker series, and consistent company-wide communications to keep us aligned with our core value of being an inclusive and collaborative culture. As a result, our most recent Employee Engagement Survey shows positive improvements on our inclusive culture, but we know there is more work to be done.
