Company is consistently trying to provide activities for employees

Cons

Micromanaging was intense. Also difficult to integrate as part of the community when technically the team was not part of the site that we worked at, but the remote site. Many missed opportunities for growth and upper management regularly dodged questions about pay increases to combat inflation.
