- Strong leader teams who genuinely support and care for their teammates - very compelling mission and vision - the culture is top-notch. Teammates truly care for each other and the company's needs - the facilities are market leading and maintained to an very high level - privately held company that does not chase short-term results but is focused on the long-term - stable work environment even in market down-turns

Cons

- often have to hire in to get top dollar compensation - can yo-yo direction based upon executive team leadership - have a habit of filling top leadership roles with outside talent versus promoting within - can be slow to exit poor performers

Pros

Midmark has been the best company I have ever been a part of. The culture is open and welcoming, and everyone is caring and eager to progress and grow. On site cafe makes lunch and coffee break meetings a breeze. No matter the persons title, everyone is open and easy to talk to, from manager, to VP, to CEO; you feel empowered to open a conversation.

Midmark is a fantastic company to work for and a market leader in their segments. They have heavily invested back into the company infrastructure, IT, and product categories. The people and culture are delightful.

Cons

Not embracing remote work. Advancement opportunities rely heavily on who you know/who you're related to. Benefits and compensation are below average.
