In my experiences, Midmark really cares about it's employees and tries to do the right thing.

Cons

Transitioning from old world manufacturing mindset to new world digital mindset. There are numerous bumps on that road, mistakes, cultural mismatches etc...It's a work in progress which can result in frustration.
